Shipping Policy

We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, orders will be shipped within 3 business days (customized products are excluded and may require a longer processing time, please refer to the product page for details).

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in China. During holidays, peak seasons, or sales events, processing and shipping times may be extended. In case of significant delays, we will proactively contact you via email.

Please ensure that you select the correct model and color when placing your order. Once the order is submitted and processing has begun, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the package and the delivery destination.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.


Tracking and Recipient Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to track their order and comply with any requirements from customs or the courier.

If a package is returned due to incomplete information, failure to respond, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to clear customs, additional shipping fees may apply. In such cases, reshipment or refund will be handled based on the situation.


Delivery

Packages may be delivered by local post or courier services depending on the destination. If you are not home during delivery, a notice card may be left with instructions on how to collect or reschedule delivery.

Customs clearance may require additional documents and time, which may affect the estimated delivery time.


Taxes and Duties

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are determined by the destination country's customs office. These fees are not included in the product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. For more details, please contact your local customs office.


Customs and Regulations

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered items comply with local postal and import regulations. We are not liable for delays, returns, or refusals due to customs restrictions.


Foreign Transaction Fees

While prices may be displayed in your local currency, checkout is processed in USD. Your bank or card issuer may apply a different exchange rate or charge a foreign transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank and are not controlled by us.


Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@mechecho.com. Once your order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
