Internal Combustion Engine

Internal Combustion Engine Kits

The ultimate challenge for any mechanic: Internal Combustion Engine Kits. These are not simple toys; they are miniature engineering marvels that replicate the power plants found in real cars. Build your own V8, Inline-4, or Rotary engine from scratch and experience the thrill of tuning a running engine.

Classification & Types

We organize these engines by cylinder layout and fuel cycle:

  • Cylinder Layout: Single-cylinder, Inline-4, Flat-4, V8, V10, and V12 models.

  • Cycle Type:

    • 4-Stroke: Realistic sound, valves, and oil systems (runs on Gasoline or Nitro).

    • 2-Stroke: Simpler construction with high RPM power.

  • Cooling: Air-cooled vs. Water-cooled with functional radiators.

How it Works

Most of our high-end models follow the Otto Cycle (4-Stroke):

  1. Intake: The piston moves down, sucking in fuel and air.

  2. Compression: The piston moves up, compressing the mixture.

  3. Combustion: A spark plug ignites the fuel, causing an explosion that forces the piston down (creating power).

  4. Exhaust: The piston moves up again to push out burnt gases.
