Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received, unused and uninstalled

  • Be in its original packaging with all accessories and parts included

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mechecho.com.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Do not send items back without confirmation.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether your refund is approved.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is within 10 business days

  • Banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@mechecho.com.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer

  2. Failure to respond to courier contact attempts

  3. Refusal to accept delivery

  4. Refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees

  5. Refusal or failure to complete import clearance

Any costs incurred due to the above reasons will be the responsibility of the recipient.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Health or personal care items

  • Items showing signs of use, installation, or wear

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, depending on the condition of the returned item. Partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Returns submitted after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount

If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or incorrect item sent by Mechecho, we will cover the return shipping cost.


Shipping Responsibility

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
