Q: “Are there any additional fees?”
If your order amount is less than $50, we will charge shipping fees based on weight.
Q: “What should I do if my order is missing parts?”
If your order arrives with damaged or missing parts, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution for you.folder
Q: “How do I change or cancel my order?”
If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Our team will guide you through the process.
Q: “Can I change my shipping address?”
Once your order ships, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. However, we will work with you to ensure smooth delivery if any issues arise.
Q: “How long does it take to ship?”
Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 3-5 business days to process and pack. We will notify you when your order is confirmed, dispatched, and delivered.

Q: “Do you guys provide customer support during weekends / holidays?”
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
